Audit3 auditors demonstrate competence in the following areas;
Customer Focus,
Practical Experience,
Constructive Objectivity,
Communication Skills,
Critical Thinking,
Judgement and Decision Making,
Knowledge of Audit3 and relevant Accreditation requirements and policies,

Skills and competencies are assessed on an ongoing basis in a variety of ways including interviews, observations, feedback and examinations. Our most important indicator of competency is continued customer satisfaction and ongoing accreditation.
